I only use Grade 3A hospitals — China's highest official rating, equivalent to a major public teaching hospital. Medical fees are paid at the hospital's own counter with an official stamped receipt. I never touch or mark up medical fees.

Is the hospital legitimate?

Yes. I only arrange Grade 3A public hospitals — the highest official rating in China, the same tier locals choose for their own care. I match the specific hospital to your hotel location so travel time is short, and I send you its full name, address and official website before your second payment, so you can verify it independently. All fees are paid at the hospital's official counter and you receive stamped receipts. I'm not locked into any single hospital, so I'm free to recommend the one that genuinely fits you.

Do I need to speak Chinese?

No. A bilingual companion accompanies you at every medical appointment, and an English-speaking guide handles sightseeing. All communication with me is in English.

Is this safe? How do I know it's not a scam?

Fair question. You pay via PayPal (buyer protection applies), and before any second payment you receive the hotel bookings, hospital appointment details, and profiles of your guide and companion — all on WhatsApp, in writing. You never pay large sums upfront — the biggest payment only happens after you've arrived and seen everything is real.

Do you arrange surgery or serious medical treatment?

No. I only arrange same-day, low-risk services: health checkups, dental cleaning and fillings, eye exams and glasses, and TCM wellness. Anything involving surgery or ongoing treatment is outside my scope.

What's not included in the package price?

International flights, medical fees (paid directly to the hospital), meals and personal expenses. Everything on the itinerary — car, driver, guide, hospital companion, hotel, tickets — is included.

Do I need a visa to visit Chengdu?

Most Western nationalities qualify for the 240-hour (10-day) visa-free transit when entering via Chengdu. You need a valid passport and an onward ticket to a third country/region. If you're staying longer or your nationality isn't on the list, a standard tourist visa is needed. Send me your passport country and dates and I'll confirm exactly what applies to you.

Can I change my dates after booking?

Yes. Cancel 14+ days before arrival: full refund minus supplier costs. 7-14 days: 50% refund. Within 7 days: no refund, but one free date change. I'll work with you to find new dates that work.

Can I book as a solo traveler or with kids?

Absolutely. Packages are priced for 2 guests, but I can customize for solo travelers, families with kids, or groups of 3-4. Larger vehicles are available for families. Just tell me your group size and I'll adjust the quote.

How do I pay? Is it safe?

All payments go through PayPal Goods & Services, which includes buyer protection. You pay in 3 parts: a deposit to lock your dates, a second payment after I send hotel and hospital confirmations, and the final balance when you arrive. You never pay a large sum upfront without seeing proof.
